Nickel Alloy Tubes - Alloy 800 H/HT for engineering applications.

Alloy 800 H/HT  are two individual solid solution, strengthened iron-nickel-chromium alloys. They are typically offered as one, dual certified alloy, meeting the chemical composition requirements of both alloys. The main difference between 800H and 800HT is the restricted aluminium and titanium content in 800HT, which results in higher creep as well as stress rupture properties. 

The alloy is frequently used in application involving long-term exposure to elevated temperatures where resistance to oxidation, carburisation and other types of corrosion-resistance at high temperatures are required, 

Applications: pressure vessels and boiler components, superheaters, re-heater tubings, headers, pigtails, outlet manifolds and other heating equipment.
