Nickel Alloy Round Bars - Alloy C-276 for engineering applications.

Alloy C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with low concentrations of carbon and silica, characterised by high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidising and reducing media. Outstanding resistance against chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion and stress corrosion / cracking.

The alloy possesses very good weldability with low propensity for hot cracks and, in general, it exerts good processing characteristics.

Applications: plant components for organic chemistry processes, SO2-washers for Diesel engines, equipment and components for geothermal and gas applications, reactors for acetic acids, sulphuric acid coolers, etc.
