Nickel Alloy Plates - 925 Grade for engineering and industrial applications. Alloy 925 is an age pardonable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with added molybdenum, copper, titanium and aluminium. The alloy presents excellent corrosion resistance, coupled with high-strength properties. High resistance to reducing chemicals, oxidising and aggressive environments. Titanium and aluminium confer hardness and strength to the alloy.
Typical applications: sour (high in H2S) crude oil applications, down-hole and surface gas well components, valves, hangers, fastener, nipples, tool joints, packers etc.
