Contact Sellers

You will notice that products usually come in different prices, depending on the quantity.

If you found a product of your interest and would like to buy a large quantity, you can send a request for quotation (RFQ), specifying the amount required and entering any note you may wish to share with the seller.

Seller will get back to you with their best price, at which point you can decide to accept or reject the quote.

If you accept, you will be directed to the check-out to complete your purchase.

If you reject the quote, seller will be notified and will have the opportunity to re-quote.

Blkcommodities is the online spot market. It is the first independent e-marketplace for commodities, raw materials and industrial supplies. All approved sellers on our platform are carefully vetted to ensure their quality, positive payment performance and to give buyers the extra assurance they need before going ahead with their purchases. Similarly, all buyers are subject to review by sellers and shippers, so that every user dealing with them knows what they can expect in terms of payment performance and integrity. The platform is a secure framework ensuring open and fair competition among sellers, giving buyers the assurance they need to purchase the goods they require at the best spot price.

All users on the Site agree to contact each-other and execute their trade solely through the Site therefore contacting sellers and/or ordering outside the site is not allowed.

Any users placing or trying to place orders outside the Site will have their accounts suspended in addition to having to pay a fee equal to 5% of their annual turnover.

If a seller contacts you to try and arrange an order outside the Site, please report it to us immediately.

Similarly, if you are a seller and a  buyer tries to arrange an order outside the site, do let us know.

What’s in it for you?  If you report a user trying to gain unfair advantage over others in this way, Blkcommodities.com will pay you a compensation equal to 20% of the fees collected from the users in violation. For example, if a seller tried to have you place an order offline and their annual revenue is $50M, if you report it to us you will be entitled to a compensation of $500,000 as soon as Blkcommodities collects the fee from the seller. That is straight to your bottom line!

Please always ensure you place orders through Blkcommodities.com to minimise the risk of fraud. Blkcommodities.com is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you in result of dealing with sellers offline and will not support with any claim arising out of such circumstances.

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, if your goods were not according to spec or if you wish to return the items to the seller you can do two things:

   1. Dispute. If you wish to dispute your order because you received the wrong or a defective item, for example, you can do so within a week of receiving your goods. Go on your Dashboard > Order History, find the order in question and select DISPUTE. Enter the information required and submit for review. The seller will be notified and will get back to you to find a suitable solution.

   2. Contact Sellers: If you wish to return your goods over 7 days after receiving your order, for whatever reason, you can get in touch directly with the seller by using the contact details available on your order summary page or on your purchase order and/or invoice. Go on your Dashboard > Order History > View and you will find all the contact details required. By scrolling down at the bottom of the page you can also download your invoice and purchase order, where you will find the seller’s contact information as well.

Each seller has a different return policy, which is visible directly on the product page. Check with the seller how to arrange for the return and refund of your goods.

In case of a dispute, which you can log officially from your Dashboard, should you not manage to agree an outcome with the seller you can request Blkcommodities.com to step in and examine your dispute. We will contact both parties requesting the necessary documentation. Our record and final decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
