1. Purpose of Communication
This message and any accompanying documents are intended solely for introducing LLP MS Trans Group’s petroleum product sourcing and mandate services. Nothing in this communication shall constitute a binding offer or contract.
2. Non-Binding Information
All product listings, availability, specifications, and contract terms (FOB, CIF, TTO, etc.) are subject to confirmation directly from the supplying refinery. LLP MS Trans Group makes no guarantee of product availability until official verification and issuance of relevant documents.
3. Compliance and Documentation
All prospective buyers must provide complete Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and follow applicable international trade regulations. LLP MS Trans Group reserves the right to decline engagements that do not meet compliance standards.
4. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between parties shall be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
5. Communication Disclaimer
LLP MS Trans Group is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses resulting from electronic communication failures, including email or messaging platforms.
6. Liability Limitation
LLP MS Trans Group shall not be held liable for any financial loss, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on preliminary information or third-party refinery data.
7. Governing Law
Any future agreements or disputes arising from business engagements with LLP MS Trans Group shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.
1. Nature of Services
LLP MS Trans Group operates as a mandate and facilitation company. Payments made to us typically relate to administrative fees, documentation processing, verification procedures, or other service-based activities. As such, these payments are generally non-refundable once services have begun.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Due diligence and KYC processing fees

Administrative or documentation fees

Service charges associated with brokerage, facilitation, or mandate activities

Fees paid for communication, translation, or logistics coordination
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be issued if:

A fee was paid in error and no services were initiated.

LLP MS Trans Group is unable to begin the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons.

A duplicate payment was made by the client.
4. Refund Request Process
Clients must submit a written request within 7 business days of payment, including:

Reason for the refund request

Supporting documents (if applicable)

5. Evaluation of Claims
Refund claims will be reviewed within 10–15 business days. LLP MS Trans Group reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on evidence, service progress, and contractual terms.
6. No Refund on Third-Party Costs
Any expenses paid to external refineries, inspection bodies, shipping agents, or other third parties are not refundable, as LLP MS Trans Group does not control third-party policies.
7. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be returned using the same payment method originally used by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Final Decision
All refund decisions made by LLP MS Trans Group are final and binding.
